Gowin product line redesign
Overview
Gowin is a Mexican consumer electronics brand development and designed in Monterrey, Mexico.
After more than 10 years, the company decided to change strategy developing the first design studio with the purpose of integrating new exclusive design, taking care of the quality of each product and its materials, being a recognized brand to open new sales channel in other countries.
Goal
Design and guide the new line of consumer electronics products for Gowin brand, experienced all phases of the design process from research to product design to manufacture.
My Role
Industrial Designer responsible for:
• Create a design language reflected in products, packaging and branding.
• Design and explore first concepts of the line redesign.
• Review and execute design refinements in the process.
• Collaborate with designers creating prototypes from point of sale to the packaging of each product.
• Create and organize technical specifications and CMF for manufacture.
